We are so proud to offer this range that contains 100% Australian Produced Nuts. We have spent a lot of time sourcing and activating only the most tasty premium organic Australian grown Almonds, Pecans & Walnuts.

*Disclaimer these are sold as made in Australia using at least 99% Australian ingredients. The Nuts are 100% Australian, but we do use Pink Himalayan rock salt to activate + lightly season these nuts, This Himalayan salt makes up far less then 1% of the total ingredients used.

Activation Process

Each nut is carefully soaked for up to 24 hours in a specially formulated solution of pure water, Himalayan pink salt, and organic raw apple cider vinegar. This soaking process is designed to remove phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors, which are found naturally in raw nuts, to ensure that the nuts are more easily digestible. It helps to increase the bioavailability of the nutrients and vitamins found in each nut. From there, the nuts are dehydrated slowly at a low temperature for as long as 4 days to ensure that the nut’s natural fat and nutrients remain stable. Lastly, they’re hand-packed, sealed, and delivered right to your door.
