Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at GONUTSFORNUTS.COM.AU. (“GO NUTS FOR NUTS”)(ABN 364 877 416 33). We are committed to providing you with high-quality organic activated nuts. If you have a problem with our product, we’re here to help.
We will gladly replace or refund products that have been damaged or spoiled. However we carefully pack all items so that our products do not get damaged in transit. Please contact us, you have seven (7) business days to Contact Us and return an item from the date you received it.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We will arrange for the original purchase price (excluding original postage fees) to be refunded to the purchaser's credit card.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Our policy lasts Seven (7) days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We will replace spoiled sale items but unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact us if you have any questions on how to return your item to us here.
